Bathroom Renovation

Next on our list was the hideous basement bathroom.  Yellow walls, pink and teal tile, large duct work and horrible lighting made this a space a good candidate for a complete demolition.  We gutted the space completely and started over, first step get rid of that weird duct work!

Here's the picture from a Pottery Barn magazine that motivated the look we were going for with this renovation.

We started with the same shiplap we used in the main room.  Continuing the same stained boards on the ceiling and painted white shiplap on the walls.  We went with beautiful tile that looks like gray weathered wood for the floors and shower.

We left a section of the cleared out shower for built in shelves.  Check out our Pinterest Page to see other ideas we chose from.

Lenny built this custom pottery barn style vanity to perfectly fit the space.
